These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any services we provide. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by using our services, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our services.
Booking and Reservation Policy:
- We require all bookings through our website or a direct call to our reservations team. We do accept bookings made through third-party booking sites like Vrbo, Airbnb and booking.com.
- All reservations require a valid credit card to be provided when booking. The credit card will be pre-authorised for the full amount of the reservation.
- No charges will be incurred if you cancel your reservation within our cancellation policy. However, if you cancel outside our cancellation policy or fail to arrive, you will be charged the full reservation amount. Our cancellation policy varies based on the room type, and the time of year, so please check the terms and conditions of your reservation for details.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time if we believe the guest has violated our policies or if we cannot accommodate the guest for any reason.
Check-in and Check-out Policy:
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must contact the vacation home in advance to arrange early or late check-out
- A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. The credit card will be authorised for incidentals, such as room service or damages.
- If a guest does not check in by 23.59 pm the day after the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
Payment Policy:
- Payment is due at the time of check-in. Guests can pay with cash or a credit card.
- We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Cash payments can also be made, but a valid credit card must still be provided at check-in. A cash deposit may be required to cover incidentals.
Property Damage Policy:
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. This includes damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, or any other part of the property.
- Any damages will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in. The amount charged will be based on the cost of repairs or replacement of the damaged item(s).
Smoking and Pet Policy:
- Luxe Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a fine of 300£ per day.
- Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are allowed with advance notice and proper documentation.
- If allowed, pets' damages will also be charged.
Liability:
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or the front desk safe to store their valuables.
- We are not liable for any injury or illness sustained by guests during their stay. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to their stay.
Miscellaneous:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Guests who violate our policies or disrupt the peace will be asked to leave without a refund.
- We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The guest is responsible for checking for updates to these Terms and Conditions.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State where the vacation home is located. Any legal action taken against us must be filed in the State where the vacation home is located.
Privacy Policy:
- We take the privacy and security of our guests' personal information very seriously. We collect and process personal information only to provide our services to guests and improve our business operations.
- Without their consent, we will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute our guests' personal information to any third parties.
- Guests have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Feel free to contact our customer service team to make any such requests.
Code of Conduct:
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards staff members, and the property.
- Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour towards staff members will not be tolerated.
- Guests are expected to follow all local laws and regulations and any vacation home policies.
Health and Safety Policy:
- We take the health and safety of our guests and staff members very seriously.
- We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Guests must wear face masks in all indoor public areas, per local regulations.
- Guests experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, or shortness of breath, are asked to refrain from visiting the vacation home until they fully recover.
Intellectual Property:
- This website, including all content, images, and logos, is the property of Luxe Inn and is protected by copyright laws.
- Guests may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the website without our express written consent.
- The Luxe Inn name and logo are registered trademarks of Luxe Inn and may not be used without our express written consent
Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the State where the vacation home is located.
- Any legal action taken against Luxe Inn must be filed in the State where the vacation home is located.
